The Culture Factor Canada proudly presents a Zoomâ„¢ webinar on the topic “Leveraging Organizational Culture for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)”. The webinar focuses on how corporate practices (symbols, heroes, “rituals”) impact DEI. It will also show how organizations can tweak their cultures to improve their DEI.

About the Speakers
Dr. Okey Okere
Dr Okechukwu Okere (“Okey”) is a management consultant and expert on cultures, organizations, diversity, equity and inclusion. With over 25 years of experience, he has established a reputation as a thought leader in this field. Okey oversees the Culture Factor Group’s operations in Canada and Africa. He has conducted several organizational culture and intercultural management assignments for many of the group’s international clients. He also leads the Culture Factor Africa’s editorial that publishes an annual Diversity, Equity and Inclusion report.
In addition, Okey is a member of the International Advisory Board of Business School Netherlands and the director of the institution’s Impact Centre for Great Leadership.
